Move-A-Thon 2026

What is Move-A-Thon?

Move-A-Thon is the PTO's main annual fundraiser and a celebration of our school community! Students raise money while participating in a variety of fun activities, and can earn prizes for participating in the event. Our goal is to raise $29,000 in online donations as part of an overall fundrasing goal of $45,000 for this event. We are grateful for the generous support of our entire commuity that helps our students.

Regardless of what happens with the school Transformation, we are committed to providing enrichment opportunities THIS YEAR for our students - including field trips, arts programs, culturally relevant events and books, classroom materials, school community events, yearbooks and more! 

When is it? 

Move-A-Thon packets with additional information to track pledges, select prizes etc will go home with students this week (by 9/25), and donations can be collected until the culmination of our event on Friday October 9th, when students gather outside during the school day at Hiawatha to move, play, and celebrate.
